As a person who enjoys making pictures, I also enjoy watching others make pictures.  So when I happen to catch a photo shoot in action in NYC, I was excited to be “that guy” walking along side snapping pictures.  Of particular interest was the assistant who was carrying a macbook mounted to a tripod, complete with glare shield.  The photographer was shooting tethered and so the assistant had to run alongside.  I wanted to stop them and mention all the wireless tethering solutions available but I’m sure they would not have appreciated the interruption.
