MOMA SERIES

Among the many installations at MOMA was this one, a stack of newspapers on the floor, in the middle of room.   There was a giant sign that said PLEASE TAKE ONE yet there were two security guards in this room…two.  There was nothing else in the room so I implied that you weren’t really supposed to take one, hence the irony and confusion that was being represented by the dissemination of the paper form of information.  Well, turns out I gave it too much credit and you really were supposed to take one.  So I took one…I still don’t understand why there were two guards in that room.
