So the setup pic for my white seamless with Marvel Hero Heads.  I basically took the large scale white seamless setup from Zack Arias and scaled in down for table top.  Two foam cores, one for the bottom and one for the background.  I used one SB600 on a wireless trigger form the left side to blow out the background.  It was set at 1/4 power.  I had one SB900 setup with my 20inch softbox directly overhead.  Picture was shot at 1/250th, f7.1, iso 100.
