I’m in houston for work so fail on ten posts yesterday.  Part of the being back on the road is the team dinners that I have oh so missed while being local.  Tonight we decided to check out some Tex-Mex fare at the Original Ninfa’s.  They are like the Original Ray’s Pizza of NY because there are 7 Ninfa’s in Houston and I’m pretty sure they aren’t owned by the same person.
